Mobipaid Wallet User Guide

Setup your Mobipaid Wallet to manage all your payment requests in one location.

Registration

Step 1: From wallet.mobipaid.com, click ‘Create new account?’ to register your wallet. Or, click ‘Register with Facebook’ to register using your Facebook account.

Step 2: Fill in your account details. Your ‘Email’ and ‘Phone Number’ MUST coincide with the email and phone number used to receive your payment requests.  Your 5-digit PIN will be used to authorize payments from your wallet.

Step 3: Login using your ‘Email’ or ‘Phone Number’.

Add Payment Method

Step 1: From the ‘Cards’ tab, click ‘+ ADD NEW CARD’.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, select an existing billing address or select the option to enter a new one. Click ‘Next’.

Step 3: If no billing address was selected, enter the billing address for this card and click ‘Next’. 

Step 4: From the dropdown menu, select an existing shipping address or select the option to enter a new one. Click ‘Next’.

Step 5: If no billing address was selected, enter the billing address for this card and click ‘Next’. 

Step 6: Enter your card details and click ‘Submit’. Your card will now appear on the ‘Payment Options’ page.

Change your Profile Picture

Step 1: From the ‘Menu’ tab, click ‘My Account’.

Step 2: Click the camera icon to upload a picture.

Step 3: Submit to set your new profile picture.

Make a Payment

Step 1: From the ‘Payment’ page, find the request you wish to pay. Click the ‘Pay’ button.

Step 2: A box will pop-up asking for confirmation of the amount requested. Enter a custom amount if needed and click ‘Next’.

Step 3: Select a card or add a new card.

Step 4: Click the ‘Pay’ button at the bottom.

View Payment Activity

Your transactions will appear in the ‘Activity’ tab. Here you can view your receipts and request refunds. All transactions will be classified as ‘Successful’, ‘Refund’, ‘Reversal’, ‘Cancelled’, or ‘Failed’.

Successful: Your payment was successfully processed.

Refund: Your initial payment was processed, and the merchant has refunded this amount to your card. Please allow up to 10 business days for this to be reflected in your statement.

Reversed: Your transaction was terminated before being processed.

Cancelled: Your payment request was terminated.

Failed: An attempt was made to process payment with your card, but was unsuccessful.

Auctions

Your ‘Bidding’ tab shows the bid history for all of the active and inactive auctions you’ve participated in. Click the name of the auction you want to view. You’ll be able to see the auction host’s name and auction details here.

Click ‘Go to auction’ to view an auction and place a bid.

Reset 5-digit PIN

Step 1: From the ‘Menu’ tab, click ‘My Account’.

Step 2: Click the ‘Security’ tab, and click ‘Change PIN’.

Step 3: Choose whether you want the link to reset your PIN to be sent to your email address or mobile number, enter your password, and click ‘SUBMIT’.

Step 4: Follow the link to reset your PIN.

Change Password

Step 1: From the ‘Menu’ tab, click ‘My Account’.

Step 2: From the ‘Security’ tab on the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘Change Password’.

Step 3: Enter your old password, then enter your new password. Click ‘Change’ to set your new password.

Add or Deactivate Account

Step 1: From the ‘Menu’ tab, click ‘My Account’.

Step 2: From the ‘Security’ tab on the ‘My Account’ page, click ‘Deactivate Account’ tab.

Step 3: Click the ‘Deactivate’ button. Your account may not be registered again using the same email or phone number.
